What type of celebrations do you plan?

We put our planning services into two categories-

Bachelorette Parties and Custom Celebrations.

We provide itinerary and decor services for bachelorette parties, accounting for all the small details needed for a successful bachelorette party. Custom Celebrations are just that- completely custom. Your celebration might be a birthday, bridal or baby shower, girls weekend away, or corporate event. We can help bring your vision to life and connect you with the best local vendors.

We are currently only taking 1-2 wedding clients per year. Please contact us for availability and package details.

What areas do you service?

We currently provide services on Lake Erie’s Shores and Islands. This includes Catawba Island, Marblehead, Sandusky, Put In Bay, Kelleys Island, Huron, and Vermillion.

When should I contact North Coast Bash?

It’s never too early to start planning. For Bachelorette Parties I recommend booking 3-6 months in advance of your celebration. This will ensure adequate time for itinerary planning and booking all of the unique experiences for your group. Accommodations during peak season (May-Sept) tend to book further in advance.

Custom Celebrations should also be booked as far in advance as possible as venues tend to book quickly. 3-6 months in advance is ideal for celebrations under 150 guests. Celebrations with over 150 guests should be booked 6-12 months in advance.

What should I expect working with a party planner?

We are here to help you relax and enjoy your weekend celebration! Think of us as your type A bestie who will make your planning a fun and enjoyable experience…after all, it’s a party! It’s meant to be fun!

After contacting us, someone from our team will reach out to you via phone. During the intro call we will confirm the details of your celebration, then get a better idea of the specific experience you’ll looking to have. We will discuss the services you’re interested in and make a recommendation based on your specific needs.

After our discussion, you will receive an invoice and digital contract with the services you requested. Once the contract is signed and the retainer fee is paid, your date is officially booked and party planning can begin!

We will email you to solidify all of the details of your booked services- itinerary options, themes, decor, etc. There will be open communication throughout the entire process. The week before the party, we will reconfirm all the details and send you your final invoice. Then, it’s finally time to party!

How do we pay for the services?

A retainer fee of half of the total services booked is required to book and secure your date. The second half of the payment is due one week (7 days) prior to the party. We accept Credit Cards, Cash, and Venmo Payments to our account @NorthCoastBash.

Do you provide refunds?

Due to the nature of party planning with large groups, we cannot provide any refunds if you decide to cancel your celebration. If you need to change the date of your celebration, we will do our best to accommodate that change depending on our availability.

When will you set up the decor for my bachelorette party?

This depends on your airbnb/hotel/location where you are staying. We’ll cover the specifics of when/where the week before your arrival. You do not need to be present while set up is happening. For the best experience, we actually don’t recommend it. Go grab a cocktail and start relaxing, then come back to the surprise of your festive space! Set up takes roughly 1-2 hours depending on the services you choose.

Do you provide clean up services for bachelorette parties?

We provide drop off and set up, but we do not provide clean up services at this time. Everything we bring as part of your decor package or add on service is yours to keep. We will always use set up materials that will not damage your rental or hotel room. The only exception being if you have rental items that you have added from our Upgrade Options. Those will be picked up at the end of your stay.
